Murder On the Road, An Italian Village Mystery, by Adriana Licio
Book 1 ~ free on KU, $2.99 to buy
Great setting and peeks into Italian culture. Four fingerprints
Death in the Time of Ice, A People of the Wind Mystery, by Kaye George
Book 1 ~ $0.99
An unusual mystery. Think Clan of the Cave Bear meets Nancy Drew. I really enjoyed it. Four and a half fingerprints.
Shades of Grayson: Scottish Ghost Castle Mysteries Prequel, by Diane Lewis
$0.99 — I enjoyed the prequel very much (4 fingerprints); but its main character is a secondary one in the actual series…
Dark Night, Dead Knight, A Scottish Ghost Castle Mystery, by Diane Lewis
Book 1 ~ Free on KU, $3.99 to buy
I was enjoying this story a lot—great setting and good character development—until I got to the ending, which is a semi-cliffhanger. If you don’t mind that, then this is a 4 fingerprint read. If you hate cliffhangers like me then it’s only 3 to maybe 3 1/2 fingerprints.
